Through this immersive and detailed process, your INNtelligence account will launch with a solid knowledge base, providing your guests the fast and accuracy answers they need, and you can rest easy knowing that your system is working as planned.
How's It Work?
An in-depth review of all your property’s knowledge between yourself and your INNtelligence account representative, including:

Your INNtelligence platform is deployed live to the public, generating fast and accurate answers on the Airbnb and VRBO platforms.
For the first four weeks, INNtelligence generates full reports with a review to determine how well the system is working, what questions need fine tuning and other items of concern. These reviews are moved to monthly after the first month is complete.

Common Onboarding Questions
Yes! Our team are the experts at our software, you are the expert with your properties. No experience with AI, software or technology in general is needed, we handle all of the technical aspects and simply rely on you for information about your properties.
That’s ok! Our onboarding process is going to cover 95+ of the types of questions you receive, and our initial weekly activity reviews – followed by monthly activity reviews – were developed for this exact reason. We stay on top of your guest’s questions so that you don’t have to.
The INNtelligence team handles the vast majority of developing your knowledge base, and all items regarding the deployment of the system. Typically, hosts can plan on spending approximately 3-4 hours working with the INNtelligence team during the initial onboarding process over the course of one month, for the typical portfolio consisting of 5-10 short term rental units.
