Yes.  Each onboarding includes the creation of two “code words/phrases”  that turn the software on and off, allowing you to communicate directly with guests when needed, and INNtelligence.AI not interfering.   The first word/phrase is meant to pause the software, while the second is meant to restart it for future questions.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, with 30 days notice.

Every client has a dedicated account manager, and yes if you are not a current client, you can schedule a call with someone from our team HERE.

Yes, we are integrated with ChatGPT.

Our onboarding process is an extensive dive into your properties and the typical questions you receive from guests.  While the software is AI enabled, it is not a mind reader.  This is why our monthly reports and reviews are important in order to constantly improve the knowledge base.

While this does not happen often, when it does the software will provide a custom message that instructs the user to either hold tight, email or call for assistance.  When this happens, you get an email notification that a question has not been answered and a guest may need your added assistance.  You may then TURN OFF your bot to answer directly with a simple “secret key”.  When you are done responding directly, you can turn on your AI using another key.  On/Off capabilities you can’t find anywhere else!
