INNtellilgence.AI is synced with your Hostfully account to directly answer the common and uncommon questions your guests ask, directly inside of the Airbnb and VRBO apps. Not via email, or on your website (although this is available as well) but directly through the messenger aspects of the apps.
Common questions that you probably answer all the time, such as:
- Do you offer early check in?
- Is the pool heated?
- We need a late checkout, how much is it?
- How many vehicles can I have for parking?
- The internet is not working?
- We will be arriving late and want to make sure we will be able to check in then?
- Can we park on the property before check in?
- I lost my reservation?
- Do you offer longer stay discounts?
These are just a small handful of the questions that INNtelligence.AI will be able to automatically answer for you, along with generating the work order associated with it if desired.
During your onboarding, your account manager will work with you customize the responses to over 200 of our most common questions – the INNtelligence.AI Top 200 – while also discussing the unique features of your properties to assure that INNtelligence.AI is as effective as possible right at the start.

As part of INNtelligence.AI’s ongoing effort to quality, improvement and communication, each month you will be provided with the opportunity for a one-on-one review of how your INNtelligence.AI account is handling your guests.
A detailed report with questions and answers is generated, allowing you and your account manager to review and improve the guest experience. Some answers may need to be tweaked and/or changed, while other questions – while extremely unique and not common at all – can have the appropriate answers entered in case they occur again.

On/Off Passcode
Need to hop in and take over a conversation? INNtelligence has made that incredibly easy, via our On/Off passcode programming. Anytime you want to jump into a conversation for varying reasons, simply enter your custom “off” passcode or simply in the messenger chat to turn off. Want to turn INNtelligence back on after you’re done? Just enter your “on” passcode. INNtelligence has developed this feature for your convenience, allowing you the freedom to do as you please when needed, in a simply and easy to remember manner!
No Answer Notifications
In case INNtelligence is not able to answer a guest’s questions, our default answer will appear while simultaneously notifying you via email that a guest has a question and you may want to jump into the message.
Security Systems
INNtelligence takes security very seriously, which is why our platform consists of WAF (Web application firewall) rootles container setup. We’re also aware that some information for your property is sensitive. In these cases, we will always steer your guests to check their guidebooks for the appropriate information, while also notifying them that sensitive information is never communicated via the apps.
