Our products start at $495 for up to four units, and increase from there. This represents a substantial cost savings in most cases, while providing your guests the fast, accurate answers they need.

Does INNtelligence only work if I have a Hostfully account?

INNtelligence can be added to any website as an interactive chat bot and/or FAQ page, but in order to have the correspondence from guests occur within the Airbnb/VRBO apps, yes you must be a Hostfully customer.

Can INNtelligence answer any question?

Due to the nature of some guests, there will be questions that INNtelligence does not know the answer to. In those cases, the stock answer that we create with you will appear, while simultaneously sending off an email to you, the host, notifying you that a guest has an unresolved answer.

How do I keep track of how INNtelligence is performing?

For the first month of your program, we develop weekly reports that are also reviewed weekly. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss the performance, see what questions were unanswered (and if they require an answer going forward), and more. After the first month, we move to monthly meetings, covering the same items. It’s our goal to continue to develop INNtelligence with you, as an ongoing commitment to optimal guest experiences.

How much time do I need for onboarding?
